Delete your Aaj ka Hisab account

You can ask us to delete your Aaj ka Hisab account and its data at any time.

How to ask

Send an email from the address on your account to:

If you no longer have that email, write from any address with your username and business name. We will ask a question only the account holder can answer before deleting anything.

We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

If you are an owner

• Your login: username, password and email address.
• Your business and everything in it: payment photos, bill photos, payment details, cash entries, bank alert records, the change history, invite codes and staff links.
• Staff accounts linked to your business lose access to it. Their own logins stay until they delete them.

If you are staff

• Your login: username, password and email address, and your link to the business.
• Payments you photographed are part of the business's records and stay with the owner. Your name stays on those entries; your login is removed.

What is kept

• Feedback messages you sent from the app, without your account linked to them.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.

Also good to know

• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Your app PIN and the alert queue on your phone are removed when you uninstall.
• Staff who only want to leave a business can ask the owner to remove them in Settings. No deletion is needed.
• Deleting an account cannot be undone.
