These terms apply when you use the Aaj ka Hisab app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app does

Aaj ka Hisab records photos of customers' payment screens, reads the payment details from them, and checks them against the "money received" alerts your bank sends to the owner's Android phone. It shows which payments are verified and adds up totals.

Aaj ka Hisab is not a bank and does not move, hold or send money.

Verification is a help, not a guarantee

• A payment shows Verified only when a matching bank alert reaches the owner's phone. If the alert is late, missing, or worded in a way the app cannot read, a real payment can stay unverified.
• The app reads text from photos automatically. Check the amount it shows before you confirm.
• Your bank statement is always the final record. Decisions about handing over goods or settling with staff are yours.

Your account

• Give a real email address. It is how you recover your username and password.
• Keep your password and app PIN private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Owners decide who joins their business as staff and can remove them at any time.

Fair use

Do not:

• upload fake, edited or someone else's receipts to make a payment look verified;
• use the app to read alerts from bank accounts that are not yours or your business's;
• try to see another business's data, break the daily limit, or attack the service.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Plans and payment

• Every business gets 100 free scans a day. The count resets at 12 am Pakistan time.
• Once the day's limit is used, new photos are not saved until it resets or you upgrade.
• Paid plans, when offered, are bought through Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you pay, and Google Play's billing and refund rules apply.

Your data

Your payment records and photos belong to you. We use them only to run the service, as explained in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account.

Changes and availability

We are improving the app all the time, so features can change. We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be down. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from a payment being shown as verified or unverified, from missed bank alerts, or from the service being unavailable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
